The National Union for Energy Saving of the Russian Federation is interested in the realization of joint projects in the field of the complex modernization of the Bulgarian coal-fired power plants according to the new European environmental requirements. During the Russian meeting, they confirmed Rosatom's interest in taking part in the decommissioning projects of Units 1 to 4 of our nuclear plant. These activities are funded through the International Kozloduy Fund.
