Оutgoing Defense Minister Nikolay Nenchev confirmed that he will be indicted on charges for the contract for the repair of fighter aircraft MIG-29 on November 23, according to the Bulgarian National Radio.
Nenchev gave his statement on Tuesday at the investigation department at the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office about the decision by default for the barter of vaccines between Bulgaria and Turkey.
