The Central Election Commission (CEC) provided a briefing on the preparation and organization of the 2-1 elections scheduled for June 9
Parliament must review the questions posed by the referendum due to high voter turnout.
The referendum which took place on Sunday is not compulsory but will be submitted to parliament, announced the Central Election Commission.
About 12,000 votes are not suffficient for the outcome to be compulsory. CEC explained that there are discrepancies in 343 protocols which it has reviewed and corrected the data.
