As many as 15 out of 28 regions in Bulgaria are under the alert. These include Haskovo, Kardzhali, Smolyan, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovech, Sofia, Sofia-Region, Pleven, Vratsa, Montana, and Vidin.
