Bulgaria's Minimum Pension to Become BGN 157 Starting July

The minimal pension for people who have completed the requiorements for age and years of labor will be BGN 157.44 starting July 1. Meanwhile, the minimum pension for people with less years of employment will be slightly lower - BGN 133.82.
The information has been revealed in accordance with the calculations of the National Statistical Institute (NSI).
Additionally, the minimum pensions for people with disabilities and for those who have been through work accidents will be between BGN 157 and 196, depending on the severity of the individual's situation.
Meanwhile, according to the institute's data, the minimum necessary income in the country is close to BGN 500.
All other pensions connected to disabilities in all sectors will mark a slight increase.
