Bulgarian twin child pianists Hasan Ignatov and Ibrahim Ignatov will play at Carnegie Hall in New York City, according to their father, Denis Ignatov.

The 11-year-old twin brothers applied for the "American Protege" competition by submitting video recording materials for the audition and were approved to take part in it.

One of the videos featured Hasan playing Pierre Sancan’s Toccata, while the other one featured Ibrahim playing Basso Ostinato by Rodion Shchedrin, according to reports of the BGNES news agencies.

The twin brothers won first and second place for individual performers and second place for duet.

Along with Krisia Todorova, they represented Bulgaria in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta with the song "Planetata na detsata".
