Economist Mika Zaykova commenting on Bulgaria's the draft state budget for next year. She is referring to a widely-commented remark of the previous Finance Minister from GERB, Simeon Djankov, who said in 2009 next year's budget would be a "small meatless pizza" due to the need of harsh austerity measures.
