The voter turnout in Bulgaria's early elections as of 4 PM is 35.3%, shows a Gallup exit poll, quoted by the Bulgarian National Radio.

“Fourty percent of the ballots, cast by that hour were in the regional centres, 20% in the small towns, 26% in the villages and 13% in Sofia,” Dimitar Ganev of the agency told the national broadcaster.

By age – the largest share of voters were people above 65 years and the lowest – below 10% - young people aged between 18 and 25.

Alpha Research polling agency also estimated voter turnout at 35% as of 4 PM, the same as in the last snap election in May 2013, Nova TV station reported.
