Bulgarian heavyweight boxer Kubrat Pulev comments on the upcoming match with champion Wladimir Klitschko scheduled for September 6 in Hamburg, Germany.
Klitschko allegedly refuses to undergo a drug test despite calls from Pulev both men should do so.
The International Boxing Federation (IBF) announced in May Klitschko had to fight "The Cobra" (as Pulev is nicknamed" if he wishes to keep his title.
