EU-Balkan Summit is an international event organized by renowned “Economist” magazine.
The summit’s opening shall be addressed also by Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Plamen Oresharski and deputy Prime Minister of Romania, Liviu-Nicolae Dragnea.
