Weather in Bulgaria: Clouds, Rain, and Mountain Snowfall

Code yellow has been declared for twenty two Bulgaria regions Saturday over the forecast for gusty winds.
The forecast has been issued by the Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, BAS.
Winds are expected to reach a speed of 20-24 m/sec.
Only the regions of Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Smolyan, Pernik, Sofia and Sofia city are under code green.
Code yellow means potentially dangerous weather, where the forecast is not for unusual meteorological events, but requires people to exercise caution.
The weather will remain cooler than typical for this time of the year with temperatures during the day reaching up to 18C – 23C, 18C in Sofia. Warmer weather is expected to return next week.
The port of the Black Sea city of Varna is closed over the gusts with all vessels not allowed in it.
