Three stuntmen have been hospitalized after an incident during a rehersal at Circus Balkanski in Sofia.
The artists were performing a stunt called "The Globe of Death" where the performers ride motorcycles inside a mesh sphere simultaneously.
During a rehearsal of the stunt at noon on Saturday, the performers crashed into each other, according to a signal of the owners of the circus, as cited by the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).
During the stunt, the chain of one of the motorcycles tore and the vehicle fell to the ground, dragging the others with it.
All three stuntmen have been hospitalized and according to initial reports the injuries are not life-threatening.
The Balkanski Circus has been stationed at its traditional site in the Mladost 3 residential district in Sofia.
