Bulgaria Among Nine EU States Not Signing LGBTQ+ Rights Declaration

The series of business events promoting Bulgaria as an investment destination, will continue in 2013 in North America and Asia, it has been announced.
Three round tables in New York, Chicago and San Jose, and an international business conference in New York will be held in February, the InvestBulgaria agency has revealed. Business leaders from the Asian market will be welcomed to round tables in Seoul, Hong Kong and Tokyo and a conference in Seoul in March.
The series of events, which will be attended by representatives of the Bulgarian government and managers of leading global companies, aim to promote the investment advantages of the country at the two key markets. The "Investing in Bulgaria" events will continue the format of the previous forums, held in Europe. The expansion of the initiative to another two major markets aims to improve visibility of the investment advantages of Bulgaria and will stir the interest of the investors – those who already invest and those who are planning to start a business in the country.
The series of events is organized within the project "Popularizing of the investing advantages of Bulgaria", with InvestBulgaria Agency as a beneficiary. The Agency is working jointly with the global business media "Financial Times" for the execution of the project. It is financed by Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007 – 2013. The campaign consists of organization and conduction of nine round tables and three conferences in Western Europe, Northern America and Asia. The aim of the series is to present the competitive advantages of Bulgaria in regards to the business environment in the country, the governmental support and successful examples by companies, investing in Bulgaria. Up to this moment business events have been held in Paris, Munich and London.
