A public transportation bus, serving line 75, in Bulgaria's capital Sofia has caught on fire while moving on the road.

Miraculously the bus was on its way to the parking garage and there were no passengers on it. The driver is safe as well, the Sofia City Hall informs Thursday.

The incident happened on "Tsvetan Lazarov" boulevard in the "Druzhba" district, near the building of a large supermarket.

Two fire trucks have been sent to extinguish the fire. The management of the municipal company "Capital Transport" is also on location. A technical inspection of the vehicle is pending.
