France wants to boost the speed of building Europe to achieve financial stability and political cohesion, stated French Minister of Economy Pierre Moscovici.

According to Moscovici, his country would work harder towards a quick implementation of the agreements of the July European Council.

In particular, he pointed out to the growth pact, the EU banking union and measures to stabilize the eurozone.

The European Commission has already stated it will present its proposals beginning of September so that they can start to be implemented after December.
