Bulgarian TV viewers are eagerly anticipating the upcoming Olympic Games in London, according to a study conducted by the country's National Center for Study of Public Opinion.
40% of all citizens surveyed have declared that they would definitely watch the coverage of the Olympic Games, while 36% plan to do so if they have the opportunity.
24% say that they are not interested in sports and would skip the event.
A mere 12% of the male responders say they would not watch the Olympics at all.
Athletics events are to attract the largest share of Bulgarian viewers (37%), followed by volleyball (30%), the poll reveals.
