Oceans Heat Up: Current Warming Rates Nearly Double Those of 2005
The oceans are warming nearly twice as rapidly as they did in 2005
Code yellow for potentially dangerous weather has been declared Sunday for almost the entire territory of Bulgaria due to an intensifying heat wave.
Only the regions of Gabrovo in the north and Smolyan in the south of the country do not have the warning code imposed by the national weather service at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
