An ATM exploded in the Southern Bulgarian city of Pernik at around 03:30 am on Wednesday.

The ATM was installed on the front of a residential building. No people have been injured by the blast, but the material damages to the building are significant, 24 Chasa reports.

No money has been stolen from the exploded device, according to officials.

The Bulgarian Interior Ministry has told reporters that local police authorities reacted adequately, arriving at the crime scene within minutes.
