A total of 84 Bulgarian citizens have taken part in Sunday's run-off of the Bulgarian presidential elections in the polling stations in New Zealand and Australia, the Foreign Ministry in Sofia announced.

63 Bulgarians have voted in the polling station in New Zealand's capital Auckland, three times more than in Australia's Canberra – 21, said the Foreign Ministry early Sunday morning EET, upon announcing the end of the Election Day in Australia and New Zealand.

As of 10 am EET, on Sunday, a total of 210 Bulgarian citizens have voted for President of Bulgaria in Turkey, 50 in Russia, 11 in Qatar, 43 in Austria, and 17 in Italy.

A total of 949 Bulgarians voted abroad in the Bulgarian presidential elections by 10 pm on Sunday, the ministry announced.

A little over 50 000 Bulgarians voted in the first round of the Presidential Elections on October 23, 2011.
