Bulgarian traffic police began issuing fines to drivers with old stickers on their window shields, the Traffic Police Chief, Commissar, Aleksi Stratiev, informs Tuesday.
The measure includes outdated road vignettes, insurance and annual technical inspection stickers. The fine is BGN 20.
