Moscow Refinery Burns After Record Drone Attack by Ukraine
A Moscow refinery is on fire following an unprecedented Ukrainian attack on the Russian capital's energy infrastructure.

Umarov the self-proclaimed Emir of the Russian North Caucasus, which is an unrecognized Islamic state known as the Caucasus Emirate. He has also taken responsibility for the Moscow metro bombings in March 2010.
