BNR DIRECTOR ELECTION REPEALED

The Supreme Administrative Court repealed the decision of National Council for Radio and Television on the election of Ivan Borislavov as a general director of the Bulgarian National Radio. The election was repealed because the decision of the council does not comply with the Act for judicial persons of non-profitable purposes and it is therefore illegal.
