Bulgarian Customs agents at the cross border point "Capitan Andreevo" between Bulgaria and Turkey found in a truck 6 illegal immigrants, including one woman and a 5-year-old child.

The passengers were discovered around 8:30 am Tuesday morning during a check of a Turkish refrigerator truck. The truck was on its way from Turkey to Germany, carrying dried figs.

The Customs agent used x-ray equipment for the check and this is how they noticed the people hidden in the cargo area of the truck.

The authorities are investigating the case, the Bulgarian Customs Agency informs.
