Four people, including a six-month pregnant woman, were injured late Friday night during a shooting in downtown Sofia.
All are reported to be in good condition.
The incident happened in the park in front of the building of the National Theater “Ivan Vazov” around 11 pm. The park is known as the gathering place for amateur youth bands, who often play guitar or percussion.
The four, who were shot with a rifle, believe the shooting came from a building across the park. The most likely reason is someone’s irritation by the noise.
The victims have notified the police, who say it is unlikely they will be able to locate the perpetrator.
