Enemona, the Kozloduy-based engineering company, will shed off its majority stake in Lomsko Pivo brewery, the company announced in confirmation of earlier reports. Enemona has picked Earst & Young for an advisor in the sale.

Enemona is seeking a strategic buyer for a 60% stake in Lomsko Pivo,which holds 1.5% of the local beer market with the Shopsko Pivo, Almus, Alma and Ambrosius brands.

Enemona owns 99% stake in Agro Invest Engineering, which in turn holds 53,04% stake in Lomsko Pivo.
