Three Killed and Child Critically Injured in Late-Night Crash Near Plovdiv
A late-night collision on the Plovdiv ring road claimed the lives of three people and left a seven-year-old child fighting for survival.

A Mercedes of Bulgaria’s National Security Service (NSO) crashed into another car on a main Sofia boulevard late Wednesday night, injuring a child.
According to unconfirmed reports, Bulgaria’s Defense Minister Anyu Angelov was traveling in the car which crashed near a Billa supermarket on the Bulgaria Blvd.
The life of the child is out of danger, according to traffic police officer Lyubka Marinova.

The crash has caused a horrific traffic jam as the Bulgaria Blvd is a major road connecting the southern and southwestern suburbs of Sofia with the downtown.
No official information has been made available yet on whether Defense Minister Angelov has been involved in the accident.
