The Kardzhali District Court in Southern Bulgaria decided Wednesday to release three men who have been detained as suspects for the tragedy in Krumovgrad where three kids died in a orphanage bomb explosion on Saturday, December 5, 2009.

The Court let the ex-Director, Svetoslav Deyov, and two supervisors at the orphanage, Shengyul Ali and Krasimir Terziev, out of the arrest. The three will be required to appear once weekly at the local police department while the investigation of the orphanage incident is under way.

They have been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence together with a heating worker in the orphanage building, who is still in hospital after attempting a suicide shortly after he was arrested.
