The writer, who is invariably among the nominees for Nobel prize over the last few years, is one of the most influential and well-regarded intellectuals in Israel.
He is author of more than 18 books, translated into 35 languages and more than 450 essays. The Bulgarian readers already know four of them - “A Tale of Love and Darkness", “To Know a Woman”, “Black Box” and “How to Cure a Fanatic".
In his latest book, described by critics as one of the deepest and most successful in his whole career, the author traces eight hours of the life of a writer, searching for his place, squeezed between fiction and reality, life and death.
