The Supreme Administrative Court will decide whether the way electricity, heating and gas prices are calculated breaks the legislative regulations. The complaint was lodged by the Association for European integration and human rights. Under the Energy Act the way these prices are calculated must be clear and take into account the consumers and energy companies’ interests. The new formulations however contain definitions such as "other expenses".
