The Bulgarian Finance Ministry has published online on Thursday another declassified document dealing with a risk assessment of the Trakia Highway project.
The 118-page report, by PriceWaterhouseCoopers – Bulgaria, is entitled “Concession of Trakia Highway”. It contains an analysis of “possible risks in the realization of the project on behalf of the government and possible recommendations for optimization”.
This is the latest in a series of publications of previously classified contract and project documents by the Finance Ministry.
Earlier in November, a report of conflict of interest between the Bulgarian National Road Infrastructure Agency and EU funding was made available online, as were two of a set of three documents concerning Bulgarian government consultancy contracts with Crown Agents.
