The Greek police have busted a criminal group of three Bulgarians who tried to sell a two-month-old baby.

One man and two women, among which the mother of new-born, were caught by the police in Katerini, Central Greece, Darik Radio reported.

The criminals tried to sell the child for EUR 13 000, but the buyers were police officers under cover.

The baby was born in August in a hospital at Crete. The three Bulgarians will be interrogated by the Greek prosecution office.
