Madonna Arrives in Bulgaria on Saturday
US pop star Madonna, who gave a concert Wednesday in Bucharest in front of an audience of 60,000, will leave Romania Saturday and head for Bulgarian capital Sofia on the day of her concert here, local media reports said.
The members of Russian Roma music band the Kolpakov Trio, who are touring with Madonna, said they would leave for Sofia on Saturday and then head for Tel Aviv.
Madonna arrived in Bucharest Tuesday evening on a private jet that landed at Baneasa Airport. From there, Madonna and her staff went in three armoured vans straight to the Radisson SAS hotel, where she remained until Wednesday afternoon. Madonna was accompanied by her two girls - Lourdes and Mercy - who played around the hotel pool.
As soon as the show ended, Madonna went back to the hotel together with her staff and two daughters.
