Bulgaria will support big investors that put their capital in the high tech sector, open new jobs, and provide work for highly qualified Bulgarian specialists.
Bulgaria's Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, stated so Tuesday during a meeting with the Hewlett Packard Vice-President for Central and Eastern Europe, Ahim Cutler, and the General Manager of HP Bulgaria, Iravan Hira.
The announcement has been made by the Bulgarian Government's press office, adding that HP was honored with the prize "Investor of the Year" in 2008.
"You have already seen the abilities and qualification of the Bulgarian IT specialists, and we are happy that the high tech Global Delivery Center in Sofia is providing services to Western Europe", Borisov said.
The advantages of the e-government, as a way to improve the competitive power of the economy, the business climate and the administrative services, were also discussed at the meeting.
