The leader of the rightist opposition parties Union of Democratic Forces and former foreign minister Nadezhda Mihaylova will meet with EU Enlargement Commissioner Guenter Verheugen during his two-day visit to Bulgaria in the end of this week. The two politicians will discuss Bulgaria’s preparations en route to EU membership.On May 30, Verheugen will confer with Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg and will attend a meeting of the Council on European Integration with the Council of Ministers. On Thursday evening, Saxe-Coburg will host an official dinner for Verheugen.
