Six Bulgarians Arrested in Spain over Car Theft

The Spanish Police have arrested in Alicante six Bulgarian nationals, who were, allegedly, part of an organized crime group dealing with car theft, the Spanish online publication "Las Provincias" reports, cited by the Bulgarian information agency BTA.

The cars have been stolen from all over Spain and later sold in North Africa.

The Police found five cars in possession of the detainees, along with car keys, documents, fake license plates, EUR 1,500 in cash, numerous cell phones and 300 gm of cocaine.

The publication further informs that the group's ringleader was a Moroccan citizen.
