Really ?
Well, Mr. Borisov was not on the official guest list 2 days ago, but nobody should be surprised if this is just another stunt from the PM.
Anyway - Has Novinite received official confirmation from Brazilian authorities ?

Buddy

Don't get your knickers in a twist. Dilma is only 50% Bulgarian DNA and 0% Bulgarian culture and education. And she is Lula's puppet. Lula picked her because she is his b!tch. When Lula says JUMP, Dilma says HOW HIGH? These two are deeply involved in theft and corruption. Lula doesn't want his criminal activities to get exposed by the light of a new administration. Having his puppet Dilma in place is the best way to keep his hand in the cookie jar of the Brazilian economy.
