A Bulgarian sailor working on the Slovak ship Norden has been missing since Tuesday, the Maritime Administration reported.
According to officials, the seaman probably fell off board Tuesday afternoon as the crew found out the Bulgarian was missing about 5:30 pm.
The incident happened in Romanian territorial waters about 132 miles northeast from the port of Varna.
Four vessels are currently engaged in the search of the missing sailor, the Maritime Administration said without providing more details.
