More than 320 companies from 20 countries are to present their products at the international spa expo that has been opened Thursday in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia.
"Bulgaria could delight each and every tourist, who decides to visit it," the State Tourism Agency Chairwoman Aneliya Krushkova said at the opening ceremony.
She approached the professionals from the tourism business, recommending they should aim at making the country more desired place for spending one's holiday.
The stands of the foreign firms at the expo take about 35% of the exhibition area.
Russia, Cuba, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands are among the countries that join the fair for the first time.
More than 18,000 people have visited the expo last year and now the number is expected to be even greater.
