Bulgaria's medical workers must learn how it can work easier with EU's operating programs, outgoing MEP Antonia Parvanova said Tuesday at the opening of a seminar dedicated to the healthcare.

Parvanova herself organized the seminar, which went under the title "Structural funds and healthcare. Operating program development of HR'".

Parvanova said her aim is to teach the healthcare officials how to prepare and submit eligible projects for getting EU structural funds.

"When you learn how to prepare your projects, I can finally rest," she said jokingly to the audience of doctors, nurses and all kinds of medical staff.
