Sofia citizens will be obliged to pay for a children's water festival, a satellite photo of the capital and the medical checks of Sofiyska Voda's staff, the business plan of the company shows.
Those, who prepared the procedure, missed the most important point in it - who exactly must pay out of his pocket.
How about the pensioners finance the clerk's medical checks regardless of the fact that they are not able to pay for the health services they get.
How about the young families, who cannot afford to grow even one child, cover the organization expenses on the children's water festival.
How about the universities, which cannot provide elementary living conditions to their students, pay for taking a satellite photo of Sofia, as it is a highly scientific activity.
The academic institutions should be additionally motivated by the fact that such a shot will help locate the illegally built constructions.
Except, the responsible figures can't see illegal sites even when they stick like thorns in their eyes. Then I could hardly believe a picture, made from such a big distance would help them.
But still we can try once again to support the efforts authorities put to improve our lives. So, pay, Bulgarians, pay, don't ask any questions and courage!
