Mila Georgieva, Bulgaria's violin virtuoso will open the third edition of Biochim Classic Jam with a concert in Sofia on November 21.
The series of concerts, organized by Classic FM Club together with HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank, will offer the public an alternative classic program with an untraditional mixing of various styles.
Jazz, classical music, tango, film music and Renaissance Italian music will enchant connoisseurs in five consecutive concerts spreading from November to May.
Apart from Mila Georgieva, the Classic Jam will allow the Bulgarian audience to admire the music of Italy's early music and dance ensemble "La Rossignol", and Argentine Tango Orchestra "Tnaguisimo".
Born in a family of musicians, Georgieva starts playing the violin at the age of four and by her tenth year, she has already achieved international popularity. She has won various prestigious awards from competitions in Italy, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. Georgieva has studied in New York's Julliard, and Guildhall School in London. Since 2002 she has been playing with the symphony orchestra of the Stuttgart radio.
