The number of confirmed deaths in Jamaica after hurricane Ivan struck has reached 14. Meanwhile, Ivan was upgraded to a level-five hurricane, which indicates the most dangerous storms. Ivan is now headed for Cuba and the Cayman Islands, the first to be struck on Monday.
