South Korea Votes to Impeach President Roh Moo-hyun

South Korean parliament voted with an overwhelming majority to impeach President Roh Moo-hyun for illegal electioneering and incompetence charges. Roh's presidential powers were immediately suspended and Prime Minister Koh Gun will lead until a Constitutional Court decides whether the president should be removed -- a process that could take up to six months. The decision now is to be approved by six of the court's nine judges.
