Sixteen members of a mainly Filipino crew were missing on Tuesday after a cargo ship capsized off southwestern Norway, killing at least two seamen, rescuers said.Twelve of the 30 crew were rescued on Monday and rescuers said they still hoped to find survivors inside the upturned hull of the Norwegian-owned Rocknes, although they had not detected any signs of life for hours. But the rescuers ruled out finding further survivors in the freezing North Sea. The Rocknes, with a crew of 24 Filipinos, three Dutchmen, two Norwegians and one German, was carrying heavy rocks from Norway to Germany when the disaster occurred in shallow waters near the port of Bergen on Monday.
