UNICEF: 12,000 Children Lost in Iran Quake

About 12,000 children fell dead under the ruins of the devastating quake, which hit the Iranian town of Bam on Dec 26, 2003, according to a report of UNICEF, Russian media informed. The report reads that another 1,800 children are left complete orphans and 5,000 have lost one of their parents in that fatal day.
