The Britain Foreign Office advised against travel to Turkey following devastating bomb blasts in Istanbul. The British consulate and a British-based bank, HSBC, were struck by bomb blasts Thursday, killing dozens of people and injuring hundreds of others. On Saturday, 23 people were killed in two synagogue attacks in Istanbul. In a travel advisory, Britain said "until further notice, the British Consulate in Istanbul will not be able to provide the full range of services."
