Serb War Suspect Handed to The Hague Court

Former Yugoslav army colonel Veselin Sljivancanin accused of massacre of more than 200 civilians in Croatia in 1991 was handed over to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague Wednesday. Sljivancanin is one of the three so-called Vukovar indicted for the mass killings of non-Serbs near the eastern town of Vukovar during the war in Croatia in 1991-1995. He was arrested in Serbia two weeks ago and the other two suspects have already surrendered to the court.
