Balkan, EU Leaders Meet at Landmark Summit

In a bid to give a new boost to the five, the EU leaders are expected to tell Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Croatia, Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro that their integration depends on pace of implementing political, economic and judicial reforms. This is the first time that the five Balkan states leaders meet with their European Union counterparts. Bulgaria's President Parvanov, Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg, Foreign Minister Passy and Euro-integration Minister Kuneva attend the meeting.
