Deadly Russian Assault on Odesa Sparks Mourning, Allegations of War Crimes
Tragedy struck the Ukrainian port city of Odesa as Russia unleashed a devastating assault, claiming the lives of five people and leaving over 30 injured
Germany has to learn how to live under the constant pressure of Russian cyber attacks because these are an everyday event nowadays, stated Chancellor Angela Merkel.
“Let me simply say that these cyber attacks, which are called hybrid conflicts in Russian doctrine, have lately become a part of our everyday lives. We have to learn how to deal with them. This is why we have to continue to inform people. But, at the same time, we have to continue to express our political convictions.”
Merkel made this comment after nearly 1 million customers of Deutsche Telekom remained without an Internet connection on Sunday.
The chancellor added that she is not aware who is to blame in this particular case. The German intelligence announced that they are certain that this was a hacker attack.
