Bulgaria, China Sign Memorandum of Understanding

The Bulgarian Transport Ministry and the Chinese National Commission for Development and Reforms will sign a Memorandum of Understanding and Co-operation during the meeting of the leaders of the countries from Central and Eastern Europe and China.

Their fifth meeting is taking place in the Latvian capital Riga. Bulgaria is represented by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and three ministers, announced the press office of the Council of Ministers.

China's Prime Minister Li Keqiang has told Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borisov that Bulgaria is may host a forthcoming China-Central and Eastern Europe meeting soon.
